I've never said that about any of my nursing textbooks. The chapters are very easy to follow, the topics are very interesting, and the learning exercises make for great class discussions. However, it does cite Wikipedia as one of it's sources and this bothers me. Either the authors have no idea what Wikipedia is or they just don't care, but either way, it does not seem professional to cite this in a management textbook.
