<description>I am using this book for a Master&#039;s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. The writing is very straight forward and easy to understand. It talks about several models of leadership and how those concepts apply to Educational Administration. Each week, my class is reviewing the case studies in the book- which is interesting. They give the vignette, and ask the reader how they would solve the conflict of issue, as a leader.

<description>Cases studies in the book are good. Gives readers an excellant understanding of what can happen without good leadership in a school and how it can affect the learning environment.
